| Our prices are in United States dollars (USD). Nepals' 13% Value Added Tax (VAT) applies on all trips. Exotic Vacation requires an initial deposit of the higher of 10% of the trip price or USD $300 per person in order to reserve your trip. The balance of your payment is due in full 60 days prior to departure. |

| Cancellation by Exotic Vacations |
| Exotic Vacations reserves the right to cancel a trip at any time for any reason if there are too few participants, or if the quality of the trip or the safety of travellers is judged to be compromised. In the case that a trip is cancelled, a full refund of payments received by Exotic Vacations shall constitute final and full settlement. Exotic Vacations cannot assume responsibility for any loss incurred on account of non-refundable air tickets or other similar expenses incurred by clients. |

| Eligibility |
| Our trips are designed for travellers with various physical abilities. We require that travellers are able to meet the minimum physical requirements for each trip. If after reading the itinerary and activity level for a trip you are still unsure if you are able to meet the minimum physical requirements please give us a call or send us an email to clarify exactly what will be expected of participants on any specific trip. |

| Trip Preparation |
| One of Exotic Vacations objectives is to make your travel experience as comfortable as possible. As such, we rely on our guests to ensure they are fit enough to meet the minimum physical requirements for each trip. We also count on our guests to pack accordingly for each trip. We are more than happy to provide you with a comprehensive list of both required and suggested items to pack. Once you book your trip Exotic Vacations will send you a checklist via email but if you need further information or clarification please email or phone us prior to trip departure. |

| Travel Documents and Passport |
| The Visa and Passport requirements vary by nationality and change for reasons beyond our control. Therefore, it is the responsibility of each traveller to verify that they have the appropriate travel documents. Exotic Vacations cannot be liable for any expenses or costs arising from a traveller being prohibited from entering a country in which we operate. |

| Health |
| By paying the deposit toward your trip you verify that you do not have any physical condition or disability that would be unsafe for you or other travellers. |

| Limitation of Liability, Release and Indemnity |
To be eligible for an Exotic Vacation trip, travellers must accept the risks and assume full responsibility for any loss, injury, death or damage to them, their family or their dependants arising in connection with their participation, or the participation of their family, in the trips. Travellers must have their own insurance appropriate to their needs and the needs of their family or dependants in respect of such loss, injury, death or damage.
The cost of all Exotic Vacations trips is based on travellers agreeing to this Limitation of Liability, Release and Indemnity. In consideration for participating in the trips, travellers agree not to sue Exotic Vacations in respect of, and forever release them from, all liability for economic loss and physical or mental injury, direct or indirect, arising in connection with the trip – including, without limitation, permanent disability and death; any emotional distress; any loss of services, financial support, aid, consortium or companionship; and any damage to or loss of property – in each case even if caused in whole or in part by the conduct, including the negligence, of Exotic Vacations, except where such loss, injury or damage is caused by reckless or fraudulent conduct on the part of Exotic Vacation or their employees, guides, shareholders, officers or directors, in which case the traveller retains the right to sue only Exotic Vacations in respect of that conduct.
Exotic Vacations reserves the right to decline accepting or retaining any traveller whose health or actions in Exotic Vacations sole judgement impede the operation of a trip or the welfare or enjoyment of fellow travellers. In further consideration for participating in the trip, travellers agree that Exotic Vacations, or their designate, may use any photographic or film records of the trips for promotional and/or commercial purposes, without any remuneration to the traveller. The traveller agrees to assign all right, title and interest they may have in or to any media in which their name or likeness might be used by Exotic Vacations. |
