Khumbu - a region of friendly people, picturesque villages and a great variety of culture and tradition. One of the best ways to explore and experience the Sherpa-land walking from Lukla to Thangboche where the Sherpas have settled for generations and have made the rugged foothills of the Everest Region their home.
For the first time one can actually wine & dine and walk leisurely and spend the night at deluxe eco lodge -hotels with hot and cold showers, warm heated room with both western and local cuisine are served by trained local staffs.

Day 1: Arrive, transfer to Hotel
Day 2: Sightseeing tour of Kathmandu City.
Day 3: Morning fly to Lukla and check into Kangri Resort. Rest of the day at disposal for acclimatization. Day 4: Short 3 hours trek to Phakding and check into Farakpa Resort.
Day 5: Trek and check into Everest Lodge at Monzo.
Day 6: Trek and check into Everest Lodge at Tashi Nga.
Day 7: Excursion to Thangboche Monastery and Phunki Tenga Village.
Day 8: Trek via Kumjung to Mende and check into Everest Lodge.
Day 9: Excursion to Thame and Thamo Villages, overnight at Mende.
Day 10: Retrace journey back to Phakding and check into Farakpa Resort.
Day 11: Shortt walk back to Lukla and check into Kangri Resort.
Day 12: Fly LUA/KTM - on arrival meet and transfer to Hotel.
Day 13: Full day sighseeing tour of medival township of Bhaktapur.
Day 14: Transfer to airport for final departure |
