| Honeymoon Rajasthan - 11 days |
Rajasthan is a territory of tremendous texture, vibrant colours and wondrous landscapes. Traces of kingdoms and warriors stand as testament to a feudal land of majestic palaces and proud people, where history lives on amongst its rocky outcrops and romance flourishes in the shade of the Taj Mahal.
Forts, palaces, towns and villages rise obliquely against a backdrop of jungles and undulating dunes and bright, gaudy temples draw the faithful in a continual parade of lively spirituality.
Camels, rickshaws and the ever present sacred cows jostle for space in the bustling market as chai wallahs sing out above the din, selling their sweet cardamom tea, and hawkers proudly display piles of scented spices and mounds of multi coloured powders.
To experience Rajasthan is to have a love affair with life. |
